From Blues and Jazz to Punk Rock and Reggae, you can find it all here. Deep Ellum, Texas. An extensive, consolidated, multi block area, housing loft living, thrift stores, tattoo parlors, local theatre groups, eclectic home design, diverse cuisine, warehouses, galleries and the areas mainstay: music, music and more music. From the Austin-esque down home cooking and Alt/Rock/Country offering of All Good Cafe to the Swing dance lessons and rock shows offered at historic Sons of Hermann Hall. Deep Ellum has seen it all. On any given night, expect to see everything from Cowboy Hats to Mohawks to star skaters from the Dallas Roller Derby Girls teams. Arts, live music, galleries and festivals are a staple of the area.
